At SmileDirectClub, we’re all about making people smile. We went to great lengths to develop great products intended to last for years and keep you grinning daily, but things break occasionally. If this happens, you’re in good hands.

 

Refunds for Faulty Items

If the product you received has a defect, if you experience a product performance issue, or if there was damage to the product in-transit, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please follow these steps when returning your purchase:

  • Give us a call at (800) 957-3409, with your order number to let us know you would like to return your item.
  • Please follow instructions provided by SDC Customer Care team member

Receiving Refunds

After we process your return, we’ll you to let you know your refund has been issued. You’ll typically see your refund on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 days of processing depending on your financial institution.

 

Replacement for Faulty Items

If you received a faulty/defective product and would like a replacement for the same item, please call our Customer Care team at (800) 957-3409 to request a replacement.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse certain returns and/or replacements if we determine product tampering, fraud or policy abuse has occurred. Our Customer Care team is available from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. CST by email, chat, and phone.
